Tasting notes: This is a medium-bodied Cabernet Franc with a savoury character behind the fruit and a flavour profile of Cape Fynbos, dried herbs, fresh bell pepper, and pencil shavings
Food suggestions: Slow-roasted lamb shoulder or butterflied leg of lamb with fresh green herbs, roasted tomato soup with crusty garlic loaf, or butterbean and chorizo stew.
Aged 24 months in 2nd fill French oak barrels.
